Baku State University (BSU) and 'SARA INVEST Holding' organized scientific and practical conference on the topic 'Diagnosis and Methods of Combating Plant Diseases’

One of the main goals of the collaboration between BSU and 'SARA INVEST Holding' is the study of methods to combat pathogens, conducting research, risk assessment, as well as diagnosis of phytopathogens.

Experts from the West Mediterranean Agricultural Research Institute (BATEM) in Türkiye are also involved in the project. Students from BSU will participate in research projects at the plant clinic 'AGRO,' a part of 'SARA INVEST Holding'.

Company 'Letgen Biotechnology' and 'BATEM' from Türkiye will provide  methodological support in the field of phytopathogen diagnostics.
