A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and Sejong University of the Republic of Korea.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Sejong University President Eom Jong-hwa.

The memorandum outlines cooperation in a wide range of areas, including joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, short-term courses, internships, and research activities. It also provides for joint publications in scientific journals, the development of academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, as well as the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, master’s students, doctoral students, and researchers.
