Baku State University (BSU) has entered into a collaborative agreement with Selcuk University in Türkiye by signing the Orhun Exchange Protocol.

The signing ceremony took place with the participation of BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Selcuk University Rector Huseyn Yilmaz.

The protocol outlines opportunities for the exchange of students, researchers, and academic staff, fostering closer academic and cultural ties between the two institutions.

Established in 1975, Selcuk University is one of Turkey's largest universities, comprising 24 faculties and 7 institutes and serving a student body of nearly 68,000.
