Baku State University (BSU) and Superior University of Pakistan have formalized their collaboration by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU).

The agreement was signed by the Rector of BSU, Elchin Babayev, and the Rector of Superior University, Sumaira Rehman.

The MoU outlines a broad range of cooperative activities, including the organization of joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, and training courses. It also sets the foundation for collaborative scientific research, joint publications in academic journals, and the development of shared academic programs, curricula, and syllabi.

Additionally, the agreement facilitates the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, graduate students, doctoral candidates, and researchers.
