Baku State University (BSU) and the Regional Development Public Association (RDPA) have signed a memorandum of understanding. The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and RDPA Chairman Muhammed Abdullayev.

In his remarks, Rector Elchin Babayev highlighted the importance of cooperation with RDPA, which implements a wide range of social, economic, and cultural projects. He noted that the memorandum will further strengthen the existing partnership and create new opportunities for young people.

Muhammed Abdullayev emphasized that combining BSU’s academic potential with RDPA’s experience will contribute to the development of both the capital and the regions. He also spoke about the successful projects jointly implemented with the university.

The memorandum outlines joint initiatives in scientific, educational, social, environmental, and cultural fields, as well as the organization of competitions, conferences, and youth-oriented projects. It also provides for the involvement of BSU students in RDPA’s volunteer programs and internships.
