Baku State University (BSU) and Tianshui Normal University of the People’s Republic of China have signed a memorandum of understanding.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Tianshui Normal University Rector Wang Juying.

The memorandum envisions cooperation in joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, short-term courses, internships, and research activities. It also includes provisions for joint publications in scientific journals, the development of academic programs, curricula and syllabi, as well as training and the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, master’s and doctoral students, and researchers.
