BSU and Turan University Sign Memorandum of Understanding
Baku State University (BSU) and Turan University of Uzbekistan have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at enhancing academic cooperation and partnership between the two institutions.
The agreement was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Turan University Rector Lutfullo Yozyyev.
The memorandum outlines collaboration in various areas, including joint scientific research, academic projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposia, short-term courses, and training programs.
It also covers joint publications in scientific journals, the development of academic programs and curricula, as well as the exchange of faculty, administrative staff, students, master’s and doctoral candidates, and researchers.
Established in 2022, Turan University is considered one of Uzbekistan’s leading academic institutions and currently ranks 50th in Asia according to the QS World University Rankings.
