Baku State University (BSU), New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) and Ankara University will organize an international scientific conference entitled "The Architect of Independent Azerbaijan", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev on April 26-27.

The opening ceremony and the plenary session will be held at the Gulustan Palace, and sectional sessions will be held at BSU.
