BSU and Turkish Bartin University have signed a memorandum of cooperation that will see the two higher educational institutions build and expand academic and cultural relations. Under the memorandum, the universities will exchange teachers and students, conduct joint research projects, arrange joint scientific conferences, forums, cultural events. The memorandum was signed by Baku State University rector, academician Abel Maharramov and rector of Bartin University Ramazan Kaplan.
