BSU became a member of the European University Association

Baku State University (BSU) has been accepted as a full member of the European University Association (EUA). Thus, BSU has joined the platform connecting leading universities of Europe.

Important steps are being taken at BSU to bring the content and quality indicators of education in line with international standards and increase the international competitiveness of the University. Consistent work is being done to ensure its participation in the prestigious international scientific and educational institutions of the world.

BSU's full membership in the EUA will serve the implementation of these goals. EUA membership will stimulate benefitting from Europe's best practices in higher education, science and innovation, and the establishment of new partnerships.

The European University Association, which brings together 17 million students and more than 800 universities from 48 countries, plays an important role in global sustainable development. Through continuous interaction with a number of international organizations, it ensures that independent initiatives of European universities and their positions in decision-making that will affect their activities are heard. EUA also enables universities to exchange experiences by participating in international projects and events.
