A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and the Belarusian State University of Information Technology and Radioelectronics.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Rector Vadim Bogush of the Belarusian State University of Information Technology and Radioelectronics.

The memorandum outlines plans for collaborative projects, joint international seminars and conferences, as well as student and faculty exchange programs.

Additionally, the agreement will facilitate the exchange of expertise in teaching, research, and internationalization, creating new opportunities for both universities to strengthen their academic and scientific endeavors.

This memorandum represents one of the key steps BSU is taking to expand its international collaborations and enhance its global reputation.
