Baku State University (BSU) and Bilecik Sheikh Edebali University of Turkey have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Bilecik Sheikh Edebali University Rector Shukru Beydemir.

The parties agreed on the organization of conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, courses, trainings and other events, conducting the joint scientific works and publications. The memorandum provides for the exchange of academic and administrative staff, undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students and researchers.
