BSU Delegation Visits Heydar Aliyev Azerbaijan Cultural Center in Tashkent
Baku State University (BSU) Vice-Rectors Huseyn Mammadov and Alish Agamirzayev, Director of the Center for Education Organization and Management Elchin Mammadov, and Rector's Advisor Mirza Mirzayev visited the Heydar Aliyev Azerbaijan Cultural Center in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Before their visit to the Center, the delegation paid tribute to the great leader by visiting the bust of Heydar Aliyev in Tashkent's Heydar Aliyev Park, where they laid flowers.
The Center's staff shared insights into its various facilities, which include the Heydar Aliyev Museum, the Museum of the History of Azerbaijani Statehood, the Museum of Azerbaijani-Uzbek Friendship, and the Azerbaijani Carpet Museum, Patterns of the Land of Fire. Additionally, the Center features an exhibition hall, library, and hosts various courses and clubs. It plays a pivotal role in fostering cultural ties between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
The BSU delegation explored the museums, library, and clubs, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Center's activities. They also presented the Center with a copy of the book Heydar Aliyev - 100: Bibliographic Reference, published by BSU.
