BSU Discusses the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Education
A meeting with representatives of the Kaye Academic College of Education (Israel) was held at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology of Baku State University (BSU).
The meeting was attended by Rovshan Javadov, Dean of the Faculty; Rauf Hasanov, Head of the International Relations Department; Rafig Alakbarov, Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Ethics; and representatives of Kaye Academic College of Education.
The participants exchanged views on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in education, the opportunities they offer for higher education and research, their impact on the learning process, and emerging approaches in this field. Discussions also focused on AI ethics, academic integrity, the responsible use of AI by faculty members and students, and the challenges arising from the integration of these technologies into education.
The meeting also addressed the role of AI in secondary and higher education, the study of international experience, and prospects for further development in this area.
The participants concluded by exploring opportunities for cooperation in AI ethics and the use of innovative technologies in education.
