A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Baku State University (BSU) and the Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision (DOST) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency Farid Mammadov.
Rector Elchin Babayev stressed that the capabilities of the DOST Agency will be used in the educational process. ‘The Legal Clinic and the Department of Social Work of BSU can provide assistance in the work carried out by the Agency. We can conduct joint scientific research in this area, study social and psychological issues, and organize summer schools’, said Elchin Babayev.
Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency Farid Mammadov noted that 21% of the agency's employees are BSU graduates.
The Memorandum of Understanding will cover a wide range of fields.
