BSU Enters QS Business Master’s Rankings for the First Time
Baku State University (BSU) has been included for the first time in the QS Business Master’s Rankings 2026: Master’s in Management, published by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS).
According to the results, BSU’s Master’s program in Management ranks 201+ globally as a “New Entrant.” The university achieved notable success across several indicators. In the “Diversity” indicator, which reflects the gender and international composition of students and faculty, BSU ranked 131st–140th.
In the “Alumni Outcomes” category, which measures graduates’ career achievements and representation in prestigious positions, the university ranked 151st–200th. In the “Leadership” indicator, reflecting academic reputation, research performance, and the proportion of faculty with PhDs, BSU also placed between 151st and 200th.
The QS ranking evaluates master’s programs in management based on graduate employability, employer reviews, academic and research reputation, graduate performance, internationalization, and educational effectiveness.
These results highlight BSU’s growing global recognition, reinforce its position as a leading university in Azerbaijan, and demonstrate that its education and research meet international standards.
