Baku State University (BSU) and Erciyes University of Türkiye have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen academic and scientific collaboration.

The agreement was signed by the rectors of the two institutions, Elchin Babayev and Fatih Altun.

The memorandum outlines cooperation in a wide range of areas, including joint scientific research, projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, training courses, and academic programs. It also covers the development of curricula, joint publications in scientific journals, and the exchange of faculty, administrative staff, students, master’s and doctoral candidates, and researchers.

Established in 1978, Erciyes University is recognized as one of Türkiye’s leading universities and is ranked in the 1201–1400 range in the QS World University Rankings.
