During his visit to Almaty, Kazakhstan, Rector of Baku State University (BSU) Elchin Babayev joined a delegation led by Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev in meetings held at Satbayev University.

The meetings focused on expanding cooperation in higher education and scientific research. The sides exchanged views on implementing joint projects in engineering, technology, applied sciences, and innovation, as well as on enhancing academic mobility and exploring dual degree opportunities. Discussions also covered the development of joint research initiatives, strengthening collaboration between research centers and laboratories, and organizing reciprocal visits for faculty and researchers.

As part of the visit, the BSU Rector was introduced to the university’s educational and research infrastructure.

The meetings are expected to contribute to strengthening cooperation between BSU and Satbayev University.
