Prof.Dr. Mahmut Ak, rector of the Istanbul University, Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan, rector of Istanbul Kemerburgaz University and Prof. Dr. Beril Dedeoglu, rector of the Ege University  have visited  Baku State University to meet its rector, academician Abel Maharramov.

Rector Abel Maharramov provided an insight into the activity and international relations of the university. He underlined BSU’s bilateral agreements with a number of Turkish Universities and their close cooperation.

The guests informed BSU rector about the education system of their universities and expressed interest in cooperation with Baku State University.

The sides discussed the issues of cooperation between the universities and signed cooperation agreements.

Prof. Dr. Çağrı Erhan, editor of the book written by Azerbaijani and Turkish scholars “Azerbaijan in the period of Ilham Aliyev”  presented this book to  BSU.

The guests visited the scientific centers and laboratories of BSU.
