BSU Explores the Role of Weak Interactions in Synthetic Chemistry
Kamran Makhmudov, a leading researcher at the Laboratory of Ecological Chemistry and Environmental Protection of the Center for Excellence in Research, Development, and Innovation at Baku State University (BSU), delivered a scientific seminar titled “Weak Interactions.”
During the seminar, the role of weak interactions in modern synthetic chemistry was discussed, highlighting their significance in chemical processes and molecular design. The event also addressed Kamran Makhmudov’s international research activities. He regularly delivers keynote and invited lectures at international conferences and conducts lectures at leading research centers across Europe. In addition, he serves as a guest editor for several prestigious scientific journals, including Coordination Chemistry Reviews, CrystEngComm, New Journal of Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics.
The seminar concluded with an extensive discussion, during which participants received detailed answers to their questions.
