BSU Rector Elchin Babayev has met with delegations of Mirzo Ulugbek National University and Abdulla Kadyri Jizzak State Pedagogical Institute, Uzbekistan. Elchin Babayev said that scientific and educational institutions play a special role in the further development of relations between the Turkic-speaking countries. He expressed confidence that the cooperation of BSU with the universities of Uzbekistan would contribute to the development of relations between the two countries.
The meeting ended with the signing of Memorandums of Understanding between BSU and Mirzo Ulugbek National University and Abdulla Kadyri Jizzak State Pedagogical Institute.
The document provides for exchanging students between the universities, carrying out joint scientific activities, holding joint symposiums, seminars and conferences and participating in joint projects and programs.
