Under the guidance of Professor Elnara Shafieva from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology at Baku State University (BSU), doctoral and master's students conducted training sessions for employees of the Probation Service of the Ministry of Justice. The training focused on the topic: "Enhancing Emotional Stability."

During the sessions, Emilia Igidova, a lecturer from the Department of Psychology, and David Poladov, a lecturer in the SABAH groups, emphasized the significance of emotional stability in professional activities. Participants were introduced to exercises and techniques designed to improve performance, engaged in psychodrama to address arising challenges, and explored alternative behavioral approaches.

Professor Shafieva responded to participants' questions and highlighted the importance of maintaining appropriate responses to various workplace situations.
