The General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan has hosted a training on Speech Communication and Social Media, jointly organized by the Scientific-Educational Center of the General Prosecutor's Office and the Academy of Justice of the Ministry of Justice.

The training course was conducted by the staff of the General Prosecutor's Office, the Academy of Justice, Media Development Agency as well as the faculty members of the Departments of Journalism and Philology of Baku State University.

Parvana Ibrahimova, Associate Professor of the Department of International Journalism and Information Policy, Faculty of Journalism, Representative of the Media Development Agency made presentation on “Concept of state support for the development of mass media in the Republic of Azerbaijan”, PhD Vugar Aliyev, Dean of the Faculty of Journalism made report on "Information transfer policies and procedures", Esmira Rovshanova, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Journalism  made presentation on “Preparation of  information for social media”, Professor Ilhama Hajiyeva, Head of the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Speech Culture made report on “Speaking techniques and tools”.
