A special panel was held for representatives of the Faculty of Information and Document Management of Baku State University (BSU) during a conference marking the 5th anniversary of the Department of Information and Document Management at Bartın University, Türkiye.

In his opening remarks, Associate Professor Ahmet Altay, Head of the Department at Bartın University, emphasized the successful cooperation between the two institutions through joint conferences, master classes, and seminars, and expressed confidence in further expanding relations.

The panel, chaired by Professor Hasan Keseroğlu of Kastamonu University, featured Associate Professor Alamdar Jabbarli, Dean of BSU’s Faculty of Information and Document Management. He congratulated the Bartın University team and presented a report on “Information and Document Management in Azerbaijan: From Theory to Practice.”

Other BSU representatives — Associate Professors Parviz Kazimi, Rashad Gardashov, and Nabiba Mammadzadeh — delivered presentations on topics including information engineering, library education in Azerbaijan, and student life and organizations.
