Baku State University and Firat University, Turkey have signed the Memorandum of Understanding. The memorandum was inked by BSU rector Elchin Babayev and rector of Firat University Fahrettin Goktash in Baku.

The MoU will see the two universities exchange teachers and students, hold seminars and conferences, as well as implement international scientific, educational projects and programmes.
