Baku State University (BSU) has emerged as the leader among the country's universities in terms of the performance of its graduates in examinations for civil service positions conducted by the State Examination Center.

In 2023, the State Examination Center conducted 12 examinations for civil service positions. Out of 16,200 candidates who participated in the exams, 4,709 achieved successful results.

Regarding candidates who received certificates after passing the exams, BSU took the first place. Out of the 4,709 successful candidates, 1,032 are graduates of BSU, which constitutes 22 percent of the successful candidates.
