Baku State University (BSU) has been actively participating in the Orhun Exchange Programme. In the framework of the mentioned program, a staff member of BSU participated in an exchange of experience at the Turkish-Kyrgyz University 'Manas.' Currently, a student from the Faculty of Chemistry at BSU, Aynur Farazi, continues her education at the Aegean University in Turkey, while a student from Aegean University, Hazal Ishik, continues her education at BSU.

The Orhun Exchange Programme aims to facilitate the exchange of students and academic staff among Turkic Council Universities members.
