Baku State University (BSU) and Hebei Normal University of the People’s Republic of China have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand bilateral cooperation.

The document was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Hebei Normal University Rector Liu Jingze.

The memorandum envisions the implementation of joint projects, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, short-term courses, training programs, and scientific research initiatives. It also includes provisions for joint publications in scientific journals, the development of academic programs, curricula, and syllabi, as well as the exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, master’s and doctoral candidates, and researchers.

Founded in 1902, Hebei Normal University is one of the prestigious higher education institutions in the People’s Republic of China.
