BSU Held Training on Human Resource Management
Baku State University (BSU) recently organized a training session on human resource management, led by Professor Mais Aliyev from the Faculty of Law.
During the session, Professor Aliyev provided detailed insights into electronic human resource management and recent amendments to the Labor Code. He explained the new provisions and how they should be applied in practice. According to Aliyev, the increasing use of electronic information systems in labor relations enhances employer accountability, ensures greater transparency in managing labor agreements, and allows the state to better monitor compliance with labor laws. The amendments to the Labor Code aim to ensure timely and accurate execution of employment contracts, prevent violations of employee rights, and further raise the responsibility of employers.
The training highlighted key legal provisions and important points in the recent amendments. Participants also learned about the process of concluding electronic employment contracts using the “SIMA” platform and “SIMA İmza” for digital signatures.
