BSU H-index has risen by 5 points in a year

According to the International Information Agency Clarivate Analytics, in 2021 the H-index of Baku State University rose by 5 points (from 44 to 49). The h-index is an author-level metric that measures both the productivity and citation impact of the publications, initially used for an individual scientist or scholar.

BSU faculty members have already published 3321 scientific papers in journals included in the Web of Science database. These papers were cited 18,529 times.

BSU continues to lead among Azerbaijani universities.
