A seminar on geographic information systems was held at Baku State University (BSU) with the participation of teachers from the various  universities, representatives of relevant ministries, specialists of private and public organizations.

A seminar on geographic information systems was held at Baku State University (BSU) with the participation of teachers from the various  universities, representatives of relevant ministries, specialists of private and public organizations.

The event, organized by the Faculty of Ecology and Soil Science of the BSU and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), was opened by the Vice-rectoro n educational process and teaching technologies of Baku State UniversityProfessor Irada Aliyeva.

The seminar was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Ecology and Soil Science, Professor Nazim Shamilov, Head of the Department of Bioecology, Professor Narmina Sadigova, responsible employees of GIZ, representatives of universities, public and private organizations.
