The II Republican scientific conference on the topic "Modern ideas about the processes in the Earth's Crust" was held at the Faculty of Geology of Baku State University (BSU).

The event was moderated by Mamoy Mansurov, Dean of the Faculty of Geology.

The Conference discussed the modern studies of the processes occurring in the Earth's Crust.

Mais Suleymanov, Director of the Center for Organization of Scientific Activities and Innovations; Nazim Imamverdiyev, Scientific Supervisor of the Student Scientific Society of the Faculty made speech at the event.

The work of the conference continued in the form of section meetings.
