A meeting with a delegation from Toraigyrov University was held at Baku State University (BSU).

The meeting was attended by BSU Vice-Rector Huseyn Mamedov and Chief Specialist of the International Relations Department Aysel Hajiyeva, as well as Vice-Rector of Toraigyrov University Saltanat Aubakirova and Director of the International Cooperation Department Aidana Algazinova.

Huseyn Mamedov provided an overview of BSU’s history, structure, academic system, and research activities, noting that the university is actively expanding cooperation with leading higher education institutions in Kazakhstan and places particular emphasis on strengthening these ties.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for expanding student and faculty exchange programs, exploring dual degree opportunities, implementing joint research projects, and participating together in international grant programs.

The importance of enhancing cooperation in digitalization, innovation, and educational technologies was also emphasized. The sides agreed to further deepen collaboration and organize joint conferences, seminars, and other scientific events.
