Speakers Nijat Ismayilov and Saltanat Hasanova provided insights into the development of mediation practices, focusing on property and family disputes, and emphasized its role as an effective out-of-court resolution mechanism that leads to more sustainable agreements.

The event concluded with a discussion, during which Dean Rovshan Javadov underlined that mediation is a promising tool for conflict resolution and helps foster a culture of dialogue and mutual understanding in society.
