An information session titled “How to Create a Career Map?” was held at Baku State University (BSU) as part of the Career Festival.

Ayten Rashidli, a specialist from the State Employment Agency, provided students with detailed insights into the stages of career planning. She discussed how to set realistic goals, align them with personal skills and interests, and define effective development strategies.

The session highlighted that a career map is not just about choosing a profession—it serves as a long-term roadmap for both personal and professional growth. Participants were introduced to practical methods for building short-term, medium-term, and long-term career plans. Additionally, they explored how to use digital tools and resources such as career planning platforms, resume builders, interactive assessments, and online professional courses.

At the end of the session, students engaged in interactive discussions based on real-life scenarios, asked questions, and received valuable recommendations.
