Baku State University hosted the Karabakh symposium dedicated to the Patriotic War and the liberation of Karabakh from Armenian occupation, jointly organized by the Student Youth Organization of the Faculty of Law of Baku State University (BSU), the Faculty of Law of Ankara University, the Club of Ideal Jurisprudence and the Club of Legal Studies of Istanbul University.
The event was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Turkey Khazar Ibrahim, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Azerbaijan Erkan Ozoral, Dean of the Faculty of Law of BSU Amir Aliyev, Dean of the Faculty of Law of Istanbul University Omar Ekmekchi, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Ankara Muharram Ozen and other officials.
The Symposium addressed topics regarding Karabakh War as well as cooperation between the Azerbaijani and Turkish universities, particularly in the field of the International Law.
