BSU hosts scientific seminar on “Anomalous magnetic properties in living systems”

A scientific seminar entitled "Anomalous magnetic properties in living systems" was held at the Faculty of Biology of Baku State University (BSU) on May 12, 2022.

Associate Professor of the Department of Biophysics and Biochemistry Aygun Nasibova made presentation on “Anomalous magnetic properties in living systems”. She spoke about the generation of nanophase magnetic particles in living systems under the influence of stress factors as well as the effect of ionizing gamma radiation and radioactive contamination on living systems by in vivo and in vitro studies.
