BSU Hosts Training on Developing Individual Potential
A training session titled “Unleashing Individual Potential” was held for students at Baku State University (BSU) as part of a joint initiative by the Student Union Committee of the Faculty of Geology, the BSU Volunteers organization, and the Career and Alumni Center.
The training aimed to support students’ personal development, enhance their professional skills, and help them make informed career choices.
Parvana Babayeva, a trainer and career planning consultant at the Career and Alumni Center, provided participants with guidance on identifying their individual potential and developing effective career strategies. She introduced students to the requirements of the modern labor market and highlighted the competencies needed to become competitive professionals, emphasizing the importance of self-development and lifelong learning.
During the session, students completed various psychological and motivational tests and practical tasks designed to help them better understand their strengths. Participants also took part in group activities focused on developing teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
At the end of the training, students received practical advice on career planning, personal development strategies, and increasing motivation in their professional journey.
