BSU Hosts Training on Personal Boundaries and Emotional Well-Being
The Psychological Assistance Sector at Baku State University (BSU) organized a training session on “Personal Boundaries and Emotional Well-Being.”
The event was attended by students from various faculties, along with Boboyor Turaev, Head of the Psychology Center at the Alisher Navoi Tashkent State University of the Uzbek Language and Literature (Uzbekistan).
During the session, sector psychologist Ilkane Mensumova provided a comprehensive overview of the theoretical foundations of personal boundaries, distinguishing between healthy and unhealthy boundary models, as well as developing assertive communication skills and maintaining emotional well-being. The training combined theoretical insights with interactive discussions and practical exercises.
Participants gained practical skills in identifying and expressing personal boundaries and applying them in everyday life, while also learning effective strategies to protect their emotional well-being.
The training concluded with an exchange of views and a Q&A session.
