The Psychological Assistance Sector of Baku State University (BSU) recently organized a training session on “Successful Communication” aimed at enhancing students' personal development and communication skills.

The training focused on improving students’ ability to communicate effectively while highlighting the significance of body language and interpersonal communication in building strong relationships.

Sector Psychologist Vasif Bashirov discussed the vital role of communication in human socialization, emphasizing that it goes beyond information exchange—it fosters emotional connections, mutual understanding, and healthier social interactions. He also provided insights into the structure of effective communication, outlining key aspects to consider at different stages of interaction.

This initiative reflects BSU’s commitment to equipping students with essential life skills that contribute to both their academic and personal growth.
