The International Day of Peace is celebrated at Baku State University. A head of the Political Analysis department of the Institute for Human Rights ( Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences), Doctor of Political Sciences Gulzar Ibrahimova gave the lection "The Peace is a guarantee for the protection of human rights" to the BSU students.
