A delegation from Baku State University, headed by Rector Elchin Babayev, paid a visit to Istanbul Technical University (ITU).

During the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding and an Erasmus Exchange Protocol were signed between BSU and ITU. According to the memorandum, collaboration will be established for the exchange of faculty and researchers, scientific materials and information, the implementation of joint research projects, and the execution of dual-degree programs.
