BSU, Karabuk University in Turkey sign MoU

A memorandum of understanding has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and Karabuk University in Turkey.
The document was signed by the rector of BSU, Elchin Babayev, and the rector of Karabuk University, Refik Polat. The agreement includes the exchange of faculty members, undergraduate and graduate students, and researchers.
Karabuk University, founded in 2007, has a student body of 52,000.
