An agreement on cooperation has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and Kumamoto University of Japan.

The document was signed by the rector of BSU, Elchin Babayev, and the rector of Kumamoto University, Hisao Ogawa.

According to the agreement, there will be an exchange of academic and administrative staff, students, researchers, research materials, and scientific publications between the universities.

Kumamoto University ranks 801-1000 in the Times Higher Education ranking and 901-950 in the QS ranking.
