A protocol of exchange "Orkhun" has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.

The protocol was signed by BSU Rector Elchin Babayev and Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Rector Alpaslan Ceylan. The protocol provides for the exchange of academic staff, students, and researchers.

Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU) is a public university in Bishkek, founded according to an agreement between the governments of the Republic of Türkiye and the Kyrgyz Republic in 1995. Approximately 6,000 students study at the 11 faculties of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.
