Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, the Faculty of International Relations and Economics at Baku State University (BSU) will, for the first time, offer a Master’s specialization in Public Policy and Administration.

The program is designed to prepare highly qualified specialists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of public policy, the improvement of public administration systems, and strategic planning. During the program, students will study modern models of public administration, public policy analysis, approaches to evaluating public programs, and gain practical experience in drafting strategic policy documents and analyzing governance processes.

Graduates of the specialization will be qualified to pursue careers in government institutions, local executive authorities, international organizations, research institutes, consulting firms, higher education institutions, and other organizations engaged in the development and implementation of public policy.
