A protocol for exchange under the Erasmus program has been signed between Baku State University (BSU) and the Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania. The document was signed by the Vice-Rector of BSU, Farda Imanov, and the Vice-Rector of the Mykolas Romeris University, Regina Valutiene.

As part of the agreement, there is provision for the exchange of bachelor's and master's students, researchers, and academic staff.
