The Baku State University (BSU) and Ogarev Mordovia State University have signed a memorandum of understanding.

The memorandum was inked by BSU rector Abel Maharramov and rector of Ogarev Mordovia State University Sergey Vdovin in Baku.

The memorandum will see the universities carry out joint researches, exchange experience with the aim of improving qualification of scholars and teachers, and organize joint seminars and conferences.

Prior to the signing ceremony, the two rectors discussed further cooperation prospects.
