Baku State University (BSU) took part in a festival dedicated to International Children's Day.

As part of the event, BSU, in collaboration with Azercosmos and the Society of Amateur Astronomers, organized a telescope observation session for children. Over 100 children and their family members had the opportunity to observe the Sun, sunspots, and the Moon through a Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope. Participants also received engaging information about space, astronomy, stars, and planets.
