A delegation led by Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University (BSU), participated in the "QS Higher Ed Summit: Europe 2024," organized by the globally renowned ranking organization QS Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) in Barcelona, Spain.

The main goal of the event, attended by leaders of the world's most prestigious universities, is to strengthen connections and facilitate the exchange of experience between leading European higher education institutions, as well as to create a platform for discussing prospects for cooperation.
